SEMI ANILINE LEATHER
Semi aniline leather is an ox-hide with its natural surface (grain) which has only had a light surface treatment making the leather “breathe”. The light surface treatment makes it possible to clean semi aniline with a moist cloth. (Unlike pure aniline leather). Looking natural, being practical and comfortable in use semi aniline can be described as the rational compromise

MADRAS LEATHER Madras leather is an ox-hide which is sometimes being polished and corrected again (a new grain) because of surface defects. Madras leather has had a strong surface treatment which makes it easy to clean with a wet cloth.
